Refunds

At Pinkdolfin Design, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and digital products with care, strategy, and intention. As a boutique design studio, each project and product is carefully crafted and customised to suit your unique needs. Due to the nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

 

1. Services (Design, Branding, Website Development, Virtual Assistance)

All payments made for design and digital services, including but not limited to website design, branding packages, digital content creation, and virtual assistant services, are non-refundable.

Once the service process begins — including discovery, research, or preliminary drafts — we are unable to issue refunds due to the time, strategy, and customisation involved.

We encourage clients to:

  • Review all package details carefully before purchasing
  • Reach out with questions or schedule a consultation before committing
  • Provide clear and timely feedback during each phase of the project

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us promptly to discuss a resolution. We value transparent communication and will work to address your concerns professionally within the scope of the service agreement.

 

2. Digital Products (Templates, Printables, Planners, Guides, Courses)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Printable planners and worksheets
  • Editable templates
  • Digital ebooks or toolkits
  • Self-paced courses or downloadable resources

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

We encourage you to:

  • Read all product descriptions thoroughly
  • Ensure file compatibility with your device or software
  • Reach out if you need help understanding what’s included

If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., trouble downloading a file), please email our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We’re happy to assist you.

 

3. Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to terminate the project immediately
  • All licensing rights to any delivered work will be revoked until resolved
  • Legal action may be taken if necessary to recover losses

We strongly recommend communicating with us directly for resolution before initiating a formal dispute with your bank or payment provider.

 

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Mistaken purchase of the same product twice

In such cases, please email [email protected] with proof of duplicate charges within 3 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

 

5. Pre-Orders and Waitlist Services

All pre-orders, waitlist deposits, or early bird offers for services or digital products are also non-refundable. By placing a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge and agree to the timelines, deliverables, and terms outlined during your checkout process.

 

6. Custom Projects and Creative Collaboration

All collaborative or bespoke projects, whether co-created with another service provider or completed internally by Pinkdolfin Design, are non-refundable due to the complexity, preparation, and external sourcing involved.

This includes:

  • Custom gift designs
  • Outsourced design experiences
  • Media or creative partnerships
