For digital products:

  • Personal Use License: Products are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
  • PLR/MRR License: If purchased with PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights), you may edit and resell according to the license terms stated at point of purchase. You may not claim authorship of the original design or transfer license rights to others.

     

4. Payments & Refunds

All pricing is listed in Brunei Dollars (BND) and subject to change without notice. Payments for digital products and services must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Due to the nature of digital products and services:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed once a digital product has been delivered or service has begun.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and feedback required to complete the project.
  • Respect the timeline, process, and communication policies agreed upon.
  • Not reschedule or delay projects without notice. Extended delays may result in additional fees or cancellation.

     

Failure to cooperate or prolonged inactivity may lead to termination of services without refund.

We respect your privacy. Any sensitive information shared with us in the course of providing services will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, unless required by law.
